LIST OF FOOD ALLERGENS
(pursuant to Reg 1169/11 - Legislative Decree 109/92, 88/2009 and subsequent amendments)
Dear Customer, the foods on the market often contain allergenic ingredients that can cause violent reactions in predisposed people. The staff is at your disposal, please report any known allergies.
SUBSTANCES AND PRODUCTS THAT CAUSE ALLERGIES OR INTOLERANCES
NUTS
almonds (Amygdalus communis L.), hazelnuts (Corylus avellana), walnuts (Juglans regia), cashew nuts (Anacardium WESTERN), pecans
[Carya illinoinensis (Wangenh.) K. Koch], Brazil nuts (Bertholletia excelsa), pistachios (Pistacia vera), macadamia nuts or Queensland nuts, and their products, except for the nuts used for making alcoholic spirits , including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin.
CELERY
Celery and celery products.
MUSTARD
Mustard and mustard products.
SESAME SEEDS
Sesame seeds and sesame seed products.
CLAMS
Molluscs and shellfish products.
LUPINE
Lupins and lupine products.
SULFUR DIOXIDE Sulfur Dioxide
Sulfur dioxide and sulphites in concentrations greater than 10 mg / kg or 10 mg / liter in terms of total SO2 to be calculated for the products as well as
proposed ready for consumption or reconstituted according to the manufacturer's instructions.
GLUTEN
Cereals containing gluten, (wheat, rye, barley, oats, spelled, kamut or their hybridised strains) and derived products, except:
wheat-based glucose syrups, including dextrose;
wheat-based dextrin malt;
barley glucose syrups;
cereals used in the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin.
SEAFOOD
Crustaceans and crustacean products.
EGGS
Eggs and egg products.
(eggs of all oviparous species are included)
FISHES
Fish and fish products, except:
fish jelly used as a support for vitamin or carotenoid preparations;
gelatin or gelatin used as a clarifier in beer and wine.
PEANUTS
Peanuts and peanut products.
SOY
Soy and soy products, except:
refined soybean oil and fat;
natural mixed tocopherols (E306), natural D-alpha tocopherol, natural D-alpha tocopherol acetate, natural D-alpha tocopherol succinate;
vegetable oils derived from phytosterols and soy-based esters phytosterols;
vegetable stanol ester produced from soy-based vegetable oil sterols.
MILK
Milk and milk-based products (including lactose), except: a) whey used for the manufacture of alcoholic distillates, including ethyl alcohol
of agricultural origin; b) milk. (including cow's, goat's, sheep's milk, and any type of product derived from them).
